Hi there, I have been training strength for a while now. On my shoulders and back, I start off with 3 sets of 8-10 Chin ups, Move onto Bent over rows, about 3 sets of 40kg for that. Then I move onto 3 sets of 12 Incline Push-ups and to finish things off, Dumbbell lateral raises, about 3 sets of 10kg for them. I was thinking, will increasing the rep of chin ups and push ups promote muscle mass? or would you say that increasing the weight-load will?
Thanks
