    Post Chin-ups for muscle mass?

Hi there, I have been training strength for a while now. On my shoulders and back, I start off with 3 sets of 8-10 Chin ups, Move onto Bent over rows, about 3 sets of 40kg for that. Then I move onto 3 sets of 12 Incline Push-ups and to finish things off, Dumbbell lateral raises, about 3 sets of 10kg for them. I was thinking, will increasing the rep of chin ups and push ups promote muscle mass? or would you say that increasing the weight-load will?

    Thanks

Increase weight. Stick in the 8-12 rep range

You need to constantly adapt your routine in anyway to switch up the stimulus so your muscles can grow

The whole keep changing ur routine to keep ur body guessing is a whole load of bullpoop. Cant find the link now but there was a link to some broscience proving it wrong.

Increase the weight load to improve muscle mass, get a belt and attach a weight when doing chin ups.
