Do i have to cut out coffee with milk & sugar to drop body fat?
This is my question because im confused as to whether cutting out milk & sugar with the coffee will make it easier to reach my goal.
Or even cut coffee all together as it will effect my progress in a negative way?
any voices of experience would be greatly apprectaied
Many Thanks

As long as you account for the calories and make adjustments elsewhere, you're OK adding milk and sugar to your coffee. Granted, if you add enough to make it a 400 calorie dessert coffee, that's going to cut into the food you get to eat to make your calorie requirement, but a few teaspoons of sugar and splash of milk aren't a huge deal at all.

I use half&half w/ Splenda in my coffee. I have for about 6 months now while cutting. I've lost weight during that time. You just have to include it in your calculations. If it something you enjoy, no need to cut it out. Milk and milk fat are good for you and help you absorb vitamins and minerals.
