Do i have to cut out coffee with milk & sugar to drop body fat?

Do i have to cut out coffee with milk & sugar to drop body fat?

This is my question because im confused as to whether cutting out milk & sugar with the coffee will make it easier to reach my goal.
Or even cut coffee all together as it will effect my progress in a negative way?

any voices of experience would be greatly apprectaied

    Many Thanks

No. Coffee is not bad for you, and neither is milk. I use splenda instead of sugar but you can have sugar if you prefer. Just count the calories into your overall total.

Coffee when combined with milk/cream and sugar will kill you and cause your dead body to gain 100's of pounds of fat

Having the Milk will NOT kill you lol but if you want to feel less guilty do the option of Black Coffee with no sugar, Horrible at first but you soon get used to it

Coffee is a human gift - ENJOY amigo!

I use semi skimmed milk in tea, works out around 10-15 calories a cup

Also, caffeine will boost your metabolism slightly

As long as you account for the calories and make adjustments elsewhere, you're OK adding milk and sugar to your coffee. Granted, if you add enough to make it a 400 calorie dessert coffee, that's going to cut into the food you get to eat to make your calorie requirement, but a few teaspoons of sugar and splash of milk aren't a huge deal at all.

Milk no, sugar, not so great. You could count it in your calorie total but using artificial sweeteners are the way forward.

    You have 3 options...

    1)
    Almond Milk + Coffee + Stevia/Splenda + Cinnamon Spice

    2) Water + 1/2 - 1 scoop protein powder + coffee

    3) SF/FF Jello Vanilla Pudding, Vanilla Extract, Coffee, Water Or Almond Milk

    Enjoy

I use half&half w/ Splenda in my coffee. I have for about 6 months now while cutting. I've lost weight during that time. You just have to include it in your calculations. If it something you enjoy, no need to cut it out. Milk and milk fat are good for you and help you absorb vitamins and minerals.
