    how do you use the peck deck reversed for delts

    i am goin to use the peck deck for rear delts but it looks so awkward anyoine got any tip on how to use it...

    Uh, find one that was designed for it... If the machine you're working with is only designed as a pec-deck, you wont get a full range of motion. You're probably better off using DB's instead anyway.
