Well I hated being banned during the summer, so i decided to go hard in the gym because i actually left the house. Here's the results
Bench, from barely getting 275 to 225X11 (probably 225X13 if I did it at the start of a workout, and I easily get 275 now)
Squat, from 395- 475 (can probably get 5 plates now, just holding off on maxing) My squat training these past couple months have been brutal, have vomitted multiple times.
Deadlift, from 515-550 (probably be able to get 570, havn't maxed in like a month)
and did this yesterday (EASY)
and fawkin hell i'm proud I actually didn't drink this summer (HOORAY!, inb4 age 15) and i went as HARD AS POSSIBLE in the gym. Took no shortcuts
Weight went from 220lbs to 233lbs, 18%ish bodyfat (feelsbadman) cutting down the coming basketball season to 10%.
Also, as i type this im in the middle of the one day arm cure (that swolebrahh experimented with), just over halfway through it. I'll update you guys on that too. starting size= 16.9 inches
