Make sure you are eating enough food, if you are trying to gain then you want to be pounding down some good clean carbs and fats and getting the right amount of protein. Then I would start with some Whey protein to make sure you are getting enough protein, its hard to get the right amount from just food. Then a good creatine, for me I prefer Kre Alkalyn creatine. Then BCAA, glutamine, vitamins, fish oils. All these will help.

protein, multivit, fish oil, creatine, beta alanine
p.s. don't eat every 2 hours, it doesn't do squat extra for your body. eat whenever you want, however much you need. hit your macronutrient goals for the dayhttp://www.youtube.com/user/Celonarb My YouTube Channel, please subscribe <3

Agree with pretty much everyone here,
You need to start with some Whey Protein, I always think its important to find a flavour that you will like and actually enjoy when having a shake, to me I always try and find one that I can enjoy and tend to only buy 1kg at a time so i can experiment with different flavours, perhaps try that..
Then I think Kre Alkalyn creatine would be a great help, I experimented with Creatine Mono for a while but felt sluggish and uncomfortable and switched to Kre Alkalyn, and never looked back since.

Agree with the test booster comment bro, Some people don't think haha
In regards to Cre Mono I felt like I was always bloated and didn't feel 100% comfortable when in the gym or playing Soccer - Maybe my dosing was wrong but with Kre Alkalyn I never have those feelings and the gains look much better for me personally, everyone is different though

It's not going to matter what supplement you take to gain weight if you don't know your caloric maintenance level is to maintain weight.
Once you find that out, you'll want to increase your calorie intake by at least 500 a week for every pound you want to gain.
Depending on how fast/slow your metabolism is.. you may want to play around with it.
