So last night I had somewhere between 8-12 corona beers, didn't get drunk or anything, but quite a tipsy state. Got very little sleep for some reason, and here I am at work debating if I should even bother to work chest and triceps today, is it worth it? I feel very sleepy but would the work out wake me up? or should I just wait till tomorrow?
