NO-Xplode???
I'm currently takings EAS' Phospahgen Creatine, and I've been hearing alot of people talk about NO-XPLODE. Is there a loading phase for NO-Xplode? Is this product actually creatine? Do I have to stop taking NO-Xplode after a month and get back on it in a couple of weeks? Can I take NO-Xplode pre work out, and EAS' Creating post workout? If you've taken it, how would you say it helped you in your goals, and does it really make long term achievements short term? i appreciate your answers and time in advance.

Popular product, but a lot of that is through hype; there are however, a grouping of followers for it because it satisfied what they wanted.

There is no loading phase necessary to these products. It may help saturate substance levels (creatine etc) faster, but is hardly necessary - and in fact, I recommend against it.
NO-Xplode does contain some creatine, about 1g per scoop according to the BSN website.

It would not be a bad idea to cycle NO-Xplode (and many NO promoters), due to the possible oxidation effects that you can run into with NO producing elements. Taking an antioxidant would not go amiss, certainly .
NO-Xplode preworkout and EAS Creatine postworkout sounds like a good plan to me. Remember that there is not much creatine per scoop of NO-Xplode (although some people use up to 3 scoops daily), so aim for a total between 5-7g I'd say. Supplement the extra creatine you need from a bulk creatine source, should you choose to use NO-Xplode (I'm no fan of the price nor the formulation, to be quite frank; there are plenty of competing products to NO-Xplode).

By no means a complete list, but here's something to get you started on ideas...
SAN Fierce (caffeine, similar to NO-Xplode) or Vault (stim free), V12 HP844
Universal Nutrition, Shock Therapy/Storm
Millenium Sports Ragnorok (caffeine free version, IMO. See log)
ISS Satur8/ Satur8 Rush
Gaspari Nutrition, SuperPump250/SizeOn
Cytosport, Fast Twitch
Dymatize, Xpand
Universal Nutrition, Animal Pump (pill form, does cost a bit more for the convenience)
Omega Sports, Thunder/Lightning
Giant Nutrition, Creatine-NO (very economical, and a basic but solid profile)
NOW L-Arginine/L-Ornithine capsules ( only NO promoters)
The list really just goes on and on . There's a ton of options out there, I haven't even made a real dent into it. My top 3 are bolded for what I'd personally choose... there's an amount of personal preference there though.

I used to love NO-Xplode - I just react bad to large amounts of caffiene and get the ****s... so I stopped taking it as I getting depleted of water and was in the bathroom immediately after working out. It did give me great energy and pumps, but I used the old formula.

Depending how much you were taking, the taurine and magnesium in this product may have also been a part of the equation. The old formula seemed to get far better reviews than the new formula does - I don't know what really changed between formulas, but the general satisfaction level does seem to have decreased.

Yeah the old formula was great. I'm not sure about the taurine or magnesium - could be - but I have problems if I drink more than one glass of coffee - sucks haha.

As far as I know, it is not actually known. The proprietary blending hides the exact amount found in NO-Xplode. The only true way to know is for BSN to release the number.

More Creatine?
Does anyone who takes NO-Xplode also take additional creatine preworkout?

How many scoops of NO-Xplode are you taking daily, and do you use any other creatine sources?

I've been taking N O Xplode for about 2 months now. I use it for the energy and motivation. I go to the gym at 5am and after drinking about 2 scoops of this stuff, i am PUMPED. I find myself workin out harder than i ever have b4 and stayin at the gym even longer. Give it a try. And as for the caffeine, i was told one scoop of NOXplode is equivalent to about one cup of coffee.

they suck a lot of people into it! That should be adequate for your creatine though, that's about 3g of creatine from NO-Xplode, and the Cellmass will be making up the rest of it.
