    Cool Belly Fat!

Hey guys, I want to bulk and put on some mass. I am 6 foot, 150lbs and 17.3% body fat. However I have a bit of fat (pooch) around my lower abs. You can kind of see my top 2 abs (see picture). Would you guys recommend cutting until I get rid of it, or continue bulking?
    Cheers.

I'd eat at maintenance or go on a lean bulk. Depending on how you personally feel, when you look yourself in the mirror.

Cheers man! I am happy with my upper body, and 75% happy with my lower body except the lower abs!

Your abdominal muscles aren't part of your lower chain mate. If you lean bulk, being a beginner, you have a solid chance at losing a bit of fat along the way. Don't skimp on the cardio either, regardless of bulking or cutting.
