I'm getting to a point now where I'm starting to see more definition in my muscles and have been noticing areas of muscle imbalance. It seems like the muscles on the right side of my body have a little better definition and slightly more size. I am right side dominant, but when lifting I only notice a very slight difference in strength between my right and left sides. What can be done to improve/fix the imbalance? Will switching in some isolation exercises and pushing out a few more reps with my left side help?

Last time I measured my left bicep at 16.5'', my right was 15.5''. Oh well. Just keep training and unless you're going to compete I wouldn't worry about it.
"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

When I am doing dumbbell work, where I alternate...curls, dumbbell rows, whatever. I do my left (weak) side first, and if I fail to reach my goal reps or weight, I certainly don't do more than that on my right. I may even do less.
Every day tasks, I am conscious to use my left arm for more than I would if I wasnt paying attention. Carrying the heavier groceries, or other heavy stuff, lawn equipment, spanking it, haha jk, whatever.
Prob not even necessary or may hardly even make a difference, but I have always been conscious about trying to be balanced myself.
