    How to weigh chicken

    Are you supposed to weigh it pre cooked or after cooked, seems heavier after it is cooked.

    Anyways I took pic of this one Im wondering what it would be in oz. it 1.5 inch depth, and 6 inch length.

    I have scale but think it would be the weight pre cooked.

    Anyways, weigh it pre cooked,, and it actually weighs less after it is cooked.

    just put on scale cooked and it was 14 oz, is my scale off or is it a huge piece of chicken?
