Hi, looking for some advice here pls. I ordered CEE a week ago. 15 years ago, I tried Creatine Mono. It was good stuff. A bit bloated, so, I thought I would try out CEE (Axis Labs) as a trainer I used recommended it to me.
But trying it as directed is giving me - GI - diarrhea! Any advice how I should take it? Workout days - 3 pills b4 workout, and 3 after. Non workout days, 3 pills after meals - 2x a day.
I am trying to make some adjustments, but seems to still have the same problem. Today, took 3 pills b4 workout, but did not take 3 after workout...still the same problem a couple of hours later.
Any advice on this please? I did a search but CEE seem to work well for those guys.
