    1 month cut cals?

Currently bulking, 3000-3200 cals on off days and 3500+ on workout days. I want to cut during September to keep bf% in check, I was thinking I'll shoot for 2000-2200 cals is this too low? I think I'm weighing it at around 200lbs right now, probably a tad over 15%.
Aim for 2011: 195lbs or heavier at ~12% by September.

Yep, I guess I'm an easy gainer but it's not all fun because I gain bodyfat pretty quick too. Pretty much the reason I'm cutting straight after summer.

I think this would be like a mini cut. If it were for the month of September only I think you'll see good results in a large deficit but will suffer if you continue it long term. Try it or do what FunkymonkAW suggested.

Not trying to say your wrong im right or nething but everyones a tad different. Im cutting on 2200 cals right now with 30 mins post workout cardio lifting 5 days a week and have managed to keep my strength and gain a bit on certain lifts. I wouldnt go any lower then 2200 though.

OP I dont see an issue with this, esp if your just trying to shave off 1-2% of BF to keep it in check pre bulk. If you wish to cut longer then 4 weeks I would indeed bump calories the 5th week to maintinence and then drop back down to 2200.

Side note... I gain weight at 3500 cals, feels bad man.

Thanks for the advice bros. I'll only be cutting for 1 month and no longer, so I'll see how well this cut can go.
