Since after searching the forums I could only find 1-2 on each thread, to save time:
Could someone please give me a list of all/many rotator cuff exercises?

Here's some good info:

If you actually searched the forum and found nothing, I suggest taking a Idiots-Guide-to-the-Internet class.Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

Can't avoid the synergists entirely of course, but the internal cable rotation exercise seems like a straightforward enough way to go about it:

Interestingly enough, I always thought internal rotations were a "bad" exercise to do, since most people tend to lag in external rotation strength, and I thought internal rotations would just exacerbate the problem. However, training the subscapularis itself apparently provides better stability for the scapula, allowing the pecs, teres major, and lats to release on their internally rotating tendencies. Go figure!Last edited by poloralphloren; 08-22-2011 at 09:46 PM.

That sounds cool, I didn't know that it would do that... I guess one way to look at it is if we use a big RoM for the internal rotation exercise, it's like eccentrically relaxing it and getting into bigger external rotation as it gets tired.
Sort of like how even if we want to stretch the chest, fatiguing it first can help to stretch it?
