    Do you take creatine on rest days?

    Hi all, ive recently bought some micronized creatine (new to creatine) and just wondering if you take 5g of creatine on the rest days to get the best out of it. Thanks

    Oh yeah. If anything, you'll have more phosphates available for replenishing ADP to ATP the next day. Giving you more energy for reps the next day.

    Plus, it allows your muscles to hydrate better (recover faster), which is the point of a "rest day".
