Simple question. Post workout or pre workout? I don't have enough pills left for both, so your opinion on when is the best time to take (although the sticky says idm) will be much appreciated.

typically after my workout which is around 4 pm. same on my off days. timing doesn't really matter though, i just remember to take it then for some reason lol.

A lot of pres have creatine in them, so i would assume before? But don't take my word on it. I've been reading some stuff about creatine and they say there is a "loading phase" in which you would take it about 20grams a day for about five days. Thats like a 4 serving split of 5gs each. Ima try that next month when i go restock on some supps.

Lol at all the broscience itt. Take it whenever you want, once your muscles are saturated with creatine you only need to maintain saturation. Don't need to take it with juice either, it's not necessary.

Rest days, when I wake up generally
Workout days post workout cause it's in my PWO drink since my friend was nice enough to give me his Universal Torrent and as it has carbs+protein and I do IF... post workout, otherwise I generally don't care when but I like having it in the morningFollow my vlog on my journey as an Amputee !
