I've got better results working only one group per day
try working movements instead of training muscle groups for more mass. this won't help you achieve aesthetics, but will get u swole as fuk cuzz.
ex: monday: squat 5x5, bench 5x5, row 5x5 wednesday: deadlift 5x5, overhead press 5x5, pullups 3xfailure. friday: squat 5x5, bench 5x5, bicep, tricep
**5x5 ramping up the weight to a final 5th set of 80-90% of 1RM.
