    Sharp pain in my chest when I woke up.. Probably no more preworkout drinks.

    Shiet got so bad I had to lay my azz down and go back to sleep. Woke up later and felt fine. Then realized I've been taking Preworkout drinks almost nonstop for 8 months now. Usually a tad more than recommended dosage too... but then again who doesnt take more than 1 scoop of jack3d, etc etc. I may quit cause apparently they're not good at all for you. I might be just being a baby, but idk, never felt that before in my chest. I don't think it was the muscle but also not sure if it was internal... either way it was kinda scary.

    In November 2009 I had been taking NO and Cell mass for 4 months straight and woke up one morning with a horrible pain in my chest every time i breathed...it was worse when lying down but still awful when standing....my heart just felt really really delicate (no homo)..... like if i was forced to run i think my heart would have exploded.. I had to go to the hospital ...doc told me to stop with that ish and havent touch a supplement since


    srs story...not trying to scare you guys but you really need to be careful when taking NO

    What the fukk man. That sucks... getting used to this will be hard too.. I get the best workouts with it. But it won't be worth the health issues. Thanks

    I switched from jack3d to 1MR again, i usually do 3 scoops of Jack3d and feel a bit but not a huge kick...im pretty tolerant of caffeine...

    So i took 1 scoop of 1MR and holy ****, i was wigging out hardcore...after i finished my first set of squats i just had to leave the gym...i had serious shakes and kept having panic attacks it was horrible srs...back down to 1/2 scoop of 1MR for me...

    Never had that experience with preworkout drinks, I would down 1 scoop everytime just fine. Tasted like hell though. Im growing a lot of tolerance to this stuff anyways, maybe I can save money this way
