I dont see how this is possible, your tris should outway your bi's and be 2/3s bigger. Were you one of those beach bod guys that only trained what they could see in the mirror? Maybe youre just not seeing the whole triceps..do you have a high bf%? Also, dont stop training your biceps as much, thats terrible advice. If they are truly way out of proportion, genetics or poor training may be to blame, but its nothing you cant fight with some motivation in the gym :-) good luck bro

All I can figure is dropping any bicep iso work you're doing and spend it on tricep iso. If you're not doing iso then it's probably coming from rows or other pulls so... it's sometimes hard to take the biceps out, all I can figure is adding tricep iso or presses as long as you're okay with bigger chest/shoulders.

it's funny that i came across this because not too long ago it was the opposite. my tri's overpowered my bi's. but the last couple of months i've actually been training bi's with a partner and i guess from us pushing each other my bi's have actually gotten pretty good. i would say they've actually slightly surpassed my tri's, which i hate because i love huge tri's. so after tomorrows competition, my off-season will consist of improving chest, tri's and back thickness. but i believe genetics do play a role in this but you gotta work with what you got and make the best out of it my man. good luck

I've been wondering, does anyone know what % the long head contributes in different degrees of elbow flexion at various shoulder positions? Like I know it'd be really short with meager stretch with elbows at side or behind you like in pushdowns or decline press/dips, but what if the elbows are in front (french press or skull crusher) or do they need to be totally overhead, flexing the shoulder as much as possible, to get a maximal stretch to hit that long head or something?
