Made these bad-boys (just made my second batch today...in the freezer as we speak), a couple days ago, and they turned out alright. Figured I'd share the recipe. They're nothing fancy...but don't take too long to make, and no baking is necessary.
What you'll need:
1 - 9x9 (or similar size) glass baking dish.
1 - Can of spray Pam (or whatever it is you use).
(2) Cups Rolled Oats.
(4) Scoops (132 grams) Protein Powder. I used the ON Casein (Chocolate and Peanut Butter).
1/4 Cup (4 Tablespoons) Peanut Butter (I used natty).
1/3 Cup Milk (I used 1/2%. Can use a full cup, I just used 2/3 cup water).
2/3 Cup Water.
No special tricks as to how you mix it...just throw it all in a bowl, and start mixing. I had to get my hands dirty, although you can probably use a mixer, and be alright. Once it's a decent consistency, spray the bottom of the dish, and spread evenly. Throw it in the freezer for 45 mins to an hour, remove, and cut. I cut mine in to 9 squares. Was just easier to cut 3x3. Each square yields:
Calories/Protein/Carb/Fat.
167/15/15/5.
Enjoy.

I made them a couple days back and they are tasty, you just have to freeze them for the right amount of time. I left them in too long and they were fat too hard so i put them in the fridge overnight anf they were mad soft, so i just ended up eating with a spoon and it tasted like some delicious choc pb pudding.
