    Yeah it does seem like im holding my breath, but I never really take deep breaths when i am lifting.
    My max is probably somewhere in the 275 and up range. Havent maxed in a while, ill get a max vid this week though!

    Great lift dude! Solid form/technique

    The only thing I noticed was your wrist positioning on the bar. It should be in line with your arm but in your case its bending behind it if you know what i mean.

    I think you should try benching with a straight wrist to avoid injury in the future
