I can't get rid of my lower back fat (Help please)

Firstly , being my first post , would like to salute you all .

Now , here's the deal , I was fat like 1 year ago . I had 85 kilograms at 1.75 meters . I worked really hard on my cardio ( did cyclism , jogging ) and eliminated soft drinks , bread etc from my diet . 1 year now and I have 65 kilograms , same height , started lifting weights but that damn abdomen doesn't show . I kept my diet and everything , I jog and/or run the treadmill 30 min everyday at endurance levels(burning between 400 and 500 calories ) , ran a marathon ,practically I am in perfect sport shape but my body wont show it . What to do?

    Thanks for reading .

Just can't help to think that I'm doing something wrong . I've doing this for a year and my pecs are starting to grow , my biceps is very big and my legs ( from constant running ) don't have one gram of fat on them. My abdomen , on the other hand , looks like I muffin and it makes me sad :/ . Would do more cardio but dont wanna lose the muslce I gained/

Edit: I gained 5 kilograms since I started lifting . From 60 kg ( my all time low ) to 65.

Build muscles. If you don't have any muscles, you have nothing to show

    Strong first post ITT.

Also, have you carefully calculated your macros, calories, etc? Also go on a bulk and build muscle mass then it will be easier to get down to a lower body fat.
