What is a good squat for a male that is ~145lb? Thinking about getting into power lifting and just wanted to see how far i am off

A double bodyweight squat (full squat), without any aids other than a belt, is a good number to initially shoot for.
You can also check this chart, it is based on a few guidelines, among them, the ones from Rippetoe

At your bodyweight, 350lbs would be a good number (advanced).
Lastly, if you are interested in going into powerlifting, check the results of the federation you want to go in. Check state championships and the first 5 places, and that would give you an eyeball figure to know what you should be shooting for for the near future.

145 lb male = paradox?637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.
600/370/600 - best competition lifts.
575/330/560 - best competition lifts at 181 raw.
