Hey guys im currently 150 pounds, age 18. I need some kind of estimate to what my bodyfat percentage might be.
Also i dont know if i should cut or bulk?
im afraid to bulk because i will gain fat and it will mostly be around my waist. If i cut I will look weird.
My workout: Lift 3 times a week, HIIT 3 times a week. I also do cardio after lift days.
I was on keto for the last 3 days along with IF. I decided to stop that because I was only eating 2 big meals and feeling hungry. I need a new plan.

lol if you cut now you'll be a walking skeleton. bulk up more before you decide to cut.
Recovered.

bulking does not mean eating 8000 calories a day. Bulking has gone from what it should be( eating SLIGHTLY more then your body burns) to stuffing yourself day and night. I would say bulk up man. When you start to gain muscle your body will fill out and look much better. As well, muscle increases your metabolism. AKA more muscle will help you lose weight because of the increase in metabolism. It's incredibly hard to tell EXACTLY what each and every person needs because of all the different factors. I would reccomend starting at around 2000 cals and see where that takes you. if over time you see that your losing overall body mass that increase your totaly caloric intake by a 100. repeat as neccesary until you start to see gains in the gym and in the mirror. Obviously, the flip side is you begin putting on major fat. if that happens, do the opposite by cutting back a 100 cals until you can find the balance. It's all about the balance. make sure you have a proper lifting plan. Personally, I lift everyday because all I think about is training. If you've got that kind of intensity, you won't have a problem reaching your goals.
Best of luck, post if you have any questions.Don't stop when you're tired, stop when you're done.

thanks man. I have been eating 2000 cals while cutting. My weight wont go down. I fluctuate between 147-150. How many calories I eat and what I eat is the problem, and i have to figure it out. Im thinking about doing keto and eating 2400 calories, increasing 100 calories each week until maintenance.
