I got 1 star at 5'1 119 lbs. Feels small and bad man.
It said I was at 7% bodyfat but i'm more at 17%. Feels worse man.

I think aesthetics are a matter of opinion. An aesthetically appealing physique at any bw has to be proportional. What good is it to be 200lbs with decent lifts and a 35in waist? When I take the same lifts and lower bw closer to 180 the site goes from athletic to skinny-fat. You can't be serious. When you have a decent amount of muscle, you can pull off having more fat and look 'athletic' in people's eyes... My guess is that among the example profiles considered, people who cut below a certain BMI had a tendency to look 'skinny fat'Originally Posted by Lollercaust
