After cutting for the last 8 months and going from 230 lbs to 185 lbs i am going to try and bulk again. I am currently 6'2" 185 and between 5-7% BF depending on what measure I use. I am looking to bulk to 195 over the next 8 or so months. I know it is a slow bulkd but i really do not want to gain much fat.
MAcros are as follows;
95g Fat
160g Carb
404g Protein
3111 Calroies
If i did all the math right this shoudl have me gaian 0.3 lbs per week and 10 pounds by april 2012. I know the carbs are on the lowish side but i am type on diabetic and the lower i can keep the carbs the easier it is for me to control my life. On my cut the last 8 months i was between 50-60 carbs and 1950 calories a day.
I think i will rotate between a low and high reps week after week say 6 and 10

Protein intake is extreme and far beyond anything necessary. It will not harm you (assuming no underlying disease), but you'll achieve no special benefit from such extreme intake either.
Dietary fat is borderline low.
Total caloric intake might be high, at least until you recover from your extreme cutting.
