Hey everyone, I am a new member, but have always used this site for researching.
I am currently cutting for the summer time and wanted some advice on my daily intake and supplements.
I am 6'1" 165lbs about 8%bf and I do fasted cardio every morning for 30 minutes either stair stepper or incline walking, averaging about 400 calories burned, and I lift at gym M-W-F and additional HIIT cardio T-TH-SA
Breakfast
1 cup old fashioned oats, no sugar added
1 cup of strawberries in the oatmeal
1 scoop ON chocolate mint whey
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (30 cals)
1 mytrition pack, which has a multi, fish oil, l cartinine, green tea, and bunch of other goodies
2 fiber gum drops mmmm
Mid morning snack
1 orange
14 almonds
Lunch
plain no skin boneless chicken breast
brown rice
1/2 sweet potatoe
mustard
Afternoon snack
1 apple
14 almonds
Pre-workout
1 scoop xtend
Post-workout
2 scoops ON chocolate mint
1 cup almond milk (30 cal)
Dinner
High fiber, light, whole wheat wrap (90 cal, and 10g of fiber)
plain chicken breast
hummus
franks hot sauce
2 fiber gum drops mmmm once again

You should calculate you TDEE and macros. If you do not know how to do that, I would head over to the Nutrition subforum and read the stickies there.
