Now only 9 Hours until I leave and I think the gravity of the situation is setting in.
I'm all packed up, now it's up to the girlfriend to finish all her stuff and then we'll load it in the truck.
Departure is scheduled for 7pm tonight, and I anticipate stopping for a few hours for a nap at about 1am, then starting the drive up again at about 4-5am... arriving at around noon-ish.
Hopefully this new start will bring big gains in many areas.... i know i'm going to be eating plenty now that I have full kitchen rights (after living with roommates for years).
This year is the year I reach 200lb... has to be!!!!"When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Update:
Move has been going insanely... well.. insane.
So many random issues have come up I don't even know where to begin, it's really been a rollercoaster. I've only slept about 6 real hours in the last 4 days and it's starting to really wear on me... definitely not rested enough to lift at the gym, and my legs and shoulders are simply killing me from the moving and driving. At least I got SOME work in though.
Really like the small community I ended up in though; Walnut Creek is pretty legit. HOWEVER, I am MUCH less than impressed with my apartment and am hoping to be out within a month.... so much it doesn't have that I NEED right now."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Yeah im working remotely today and then tomorrow I start training.. ugh
Well let's see:
- No lights in the living room or bedroom. Seriously, NO lights.. there's a switch and it controls the outlets.. you need to buy your own lighting
- No microwave.. what the??
- No Washer and Dryer (though I knew it ahead of time)
- WAY overpriced for what it is... the materials in the unit itself are shiiiit
- Only one bathroom, but again I already knew this.
- Pictures of the apartments from the website do NOT represent all the units, learned this the hard way.
Either way it's fine.. we're month to month so I can leave as soon as I find something better
Specs are 2bed 1 bath, about 860sqft... if I told you the rent you'd shyte yourself.
It's a ground unit with a small patio that's close to the main entrance.
That's about it
Also, I would be more OK with it if it was just me, but I am now living with the girlfriend and we have a cat and a small dog and they need more room.. I also work from home which makes room more important.
ALSO, the Comcast dude wasn't able to hook up my internet or TV because the previous person had some weird filter thing in the box... no idea why.
So now, I am one week without internet until they can come back.. and I work from home so it means im working from a coffee shop ALL week... ugh.
On the bright side.. holy HELL there are much hotter ladies here.. wow."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Seriously? Most of the other places I saw for rent had one. Oh well.
Very true. I think my surprise is more about the overall price for the stuff you get.. you get nothing for the high cost.
hah.. dude, I know... I KNOW... we're planning on scouting this weekend and hopefully getting out before I need to pay for November rent. We'll see. and NO it's not section 8... it's way too pricey.
Nah I switched to a consulting gig through another company outside of microsoft. I was consulting for microsoft before and the company I went through offered me something here."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

I pulled 495 for 3 sets of 5 in your honor this morning at 530am since you can't deadlifts heavy yet. You Can live vicariously through me.
In all seriousness though because youll be sitting a lot for work again, you need to go get a good doctor, a diagnosis and some pain management.www.xccellence.com

I'll also have the ability to move around more since ill be working at home. I haven't been able to lift at all because of my schedule this week but starting Saturday ill be right back in it.
Moving and driving has just been killing me.

Thank God I finally have my internet after a week of waiting in this shytty apartment. Cannot wait to find a new place to move into (good thing I signed up for a month-to-month lease).
Today will be the first day back in the gym since before the move... my body was wrecked from carrying boxes all day and having training downtown all week, but now doing much better. Also, will be hitting up the In-N-Out for the first time every for lunch I think... get me a double-double or something
Anyway, just glad to be back on and "plugged in""When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

After a long move and some weight loss from not getting enough food in over stress and scheduling (trainings, etc in downtown), I am finally back in normal-ish mode and working from home. Going to take some getting used to for sure but definitely has it's perks as you can imagine.
Yesterday, the girlfriend and I went to the gym here in town (pretty close by, too), for some CHest, Delts, and Tri's... I tried to put her through my workout but you know she didn't want to
Have lost strength but it'll come back now that my food is back up again. Also i'm sure the creatine is going to spike a massive influx of aminos to the core of my fibers resulting in massive hypertrophy and size gains... rivaling that of pure anabolics.

Not a very heavy day but the training happened late after a full day of working on the move, etc, so I was glad to just get the blood flowing. Today, i'm going to eat like a king and beast it out later
ALSO, with the current apartments turning out to be such a dissappointment, I have been looking for a larger, nicer place to stay. I came across a 2bed/2bath townhome about 2 miles away which is 1300sqft and actually costs less than the craphole i am in now. It also had hardwoods downstairs, 2-stories, and it's own washer/dryer. Plus, has a storage shed and 2 assigned spots. Met with the landlord and brought all my paperwork which I think he liked... so hopefully we'll get it!
Diet today (Monday) will be about 3500 calories and then tomorrow i'll bring it back to 4k... going to be heads down on work for a long time here.
Breakfast today:
2 Packs of Lower Sugar Maple Oats
227g Fa-ge 2% Yogurt
1 Banana
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 Cup Cinnamon Cereal
