I have recently began drinking a smoothie every day made up of blended frozen berries. Raspberries,Blackberries,Strawberries,Blueberries.
I always have about a tablespoon of seeds at the bottom when I am done. I have been eating them, but wondering if there is any reason to do so?
Is there any nutritional value in the seeds of these berries? Will they go right through me without being broken down?

I pick out the tiny black seeds in bananas with tweezers. I worry about going over my daily calories.
deadlift: 500 (No straps, No belt, No chalk... 100% RAW)
squat: 405
Bench: 300

total: 1205
4.66sec 40 yard dash at 205lbs

What about if I put BBQ sauce on my steak but then when I finished eating my steak there is some sauce left on the plate, should I subtract that from my macros since I didn't eat it? And what about the leftover crumbs after I have toast?
