Just wondering if you guys think this is accurate. The measurements are for people of average height (5'9"-5'10").
11"-12"
13"-14"
15"-16"
17"-18"
19"-20"
20"+

what is average height??? would have been good if pics werew of same people but anyway is interesting to see the differences especially 13-14 to 15-16

Average height is like 5'9"-5'10". And yeah, it would have been best if they were the same person, but I have never seen anyone go from 11 inches to 20 and take a new progress pic every time they add another inch. That would be sweet though.Originally Posted by teeeps

Too big

Measurements can be weird sometimes. I'm your height and mine measure at around 14.5, but they look more like the 15"-16" pic. There are alot of factors that can affect the appearance of size, such as bf%, arm length, muscle shape, insertion points, joint size, etc.Originally Posted by avery50000

Looks pretty accurate, I am around 13-14 it seems, and I last measured in a few months ago at 12 one time, and 13.5 another time, and I am bigger then the 12 inch pic so.

The 15"-16" seems pretty accurate. I'm sitting with 15.5" arms and they look pretty much identical to the picture.

arm size is hard to determine by pic because of angling, height etc.

I'm 13.5 but mine don't look like that, I have more of a softball type of bicep, those are pretty long and for my manlet size they look bigger than if a 6f1 guy at 13inches... it's all proportional
