For my fall sport im doing XC, because i have done it for many years. I'm not great at it, but I run to burn the calories.
I know I'm probably not going to gain much mass during XC, but i'm wondering if this will be beneficial to cutting.
30 Minute run + Lifting = Profit?
Do you think running 4-5 miles everyday will burn off some of my mass too? I'm keeping up with my diet and making sure I get my proteins, extra carbs, and fats. If I make sure my diet is right, I won't lose much mass during these 3 months of XC right?
