    need advice please

    hey guys.i need some advice.i have been working out for just about a month now.and i need some advice.i am not taking any protein powder as in a previous attempt it did not suit my digestion.but i am trying to reciprocate with a super heavy diet.this is the lisst of everything i have everyday.plz let me knw whether it is enough or not and also i welcome ur suggestions. :-
    1.i glass of milk mixed with whole wheat porridge2.1 bowl of sprouts.3.seven egg whites*4.2 boiled potatoes*5.chicken/mutton/fish 3-4 days a week6.4 bananas*
    this is primarily my daily diet.i am 6 feet 1 inch tall and weigh exactly 70 kilos. suggestions please.....
