1) sorry new to this. I wanted responses, saw it drop and got scared.

2) There is a pro level for powerlifting. I'm not sure where the line is drawn, but there are pro only meets, and pro divisions of regular meets

Pro only powerlifting? Do you mean there are certain events where you have to get invited or qualify for? That would be based off total or wilks score, not obtaining some like pro card or whatever they do in bodybuilding. Never heard of a pro division.

Eligibility: Open to AAPF or APF registered athletes. All athletes are required to have a valid AAPF and/or APF registration card and must show it at weigh-in. If you fail to bring it, you will be required to purchase one onsite for $30.

Contests: Full Power, Bench only, Deadlift only, Ironman (combined weight of best bench and deadlift). Raw Full Power, Raw Bench only, Raw Ironman, Pro Full Power

Yep that's where I got it from. Also, what about the SPF Pro Am? It's like the biggest powerlifting meet every year and pro stands for professional.
