Currently im in the off season and looking to compete in July 2012...My stats are 5'9" 260 chest is about 51.5", arms 17.5", quads 28" waist 39" my body fat percentage is around 16 to high 17% and i was going to gain as much mass as possible until February then cut from march to mid july which is projected to be about 17.5 wks but then the issue of loose skin comes up and i will be trying to lose all the body fat at once. Does anyone have any suggestions?
