I hear that. I used to do 4 meals MINIMUM, 5 meals most days. Today I was thinking how next time I bulk I could eat 3 square meals a day when it is convenient for me (straying away from IF in this scenario). Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Cot damn. Freedom from bro-science feels good.

Trying to bulk on a lean gains style diet now, from roughly 9pm to noon, working out at 7AM. I haven't been all that "clean" in the traditional sense in trying to get to my protein and calorie numbers, and I've been forced to slam fast food and candy to even get close. I never really realized how nutritious my diet generally is until I realized the closest thing I had to bulk foods in my house was greek yogurt and cottage cheese.

Bulking on IF is almost painful after getting your body used to cutting. I honestly don't recommend it. Trying to down close to 3000 calories every night isn't as fun as it sounds. I'd much rather eat a big ass lunch and bigger a$s(er?) dinner. Today lunch was a whopper with cheese, med fry, double stacker, and diet soda. Dinner was a burger from the cafeteria lean chicken breast and 2 cookies. About to run down and round off the day with 2 ice cream bars. I can't imagine trying to eat all that crap in a single setting or small window of time.

Really easy chicken stir fry recipe....
1. start Noodle or rice cooking
2. Wash veg
3. cut brocoli (or green bean) heads, chop stalk
4. get seeds out of pepper, cut into pieces
5. chicken chop
the sauce! Mix it all in a bowl and put it aside for later:
---------------------------
1 quarter cup chicken stock (or water)
2 tb soy sauce
1 tb cornstarch
1/4 TS hot sauce
6. On hot pan put 2 TB of vege oil
7. Add 1/2 chicken for 3-4 min.
8. Take chicken out, repeat with remaining chicken (u can put it all in at once if u have a big enough pan)
9. Take out chicken again
10. 1 tb oil into pan
11. add broc, pepper
12. stir 1 minute.
13. Pour 1/4 c. stock (you can use water)
14. cover pan for 2 minutes
15. add chicken back to pan
16. add sauce mix and stir until sauce begins to thicken
17. done, eat it.
You can use water instead of chicken stock, I usually do, tastes almost the same. I make about 6 chicken breasts worth of chicken in this batch, eat some at first, freeze the rest in individual freezer bags for meals the next day or 2.... Tastes good as fuk.Spoiler alert; you die at the end.
