Hey look my first bench. I had one and sold it a month later. A decent rack but the bench is not very good. For the money it is a pretty good piece though.
No barbell is included, you must by one. I got mine real cheap from Play It again sports. It was around $30 and just has a bit of rust on it. Its an olympic bar and I love it.
In regards to the leg extension, leg curl, and curl attachment, just throw those in the trash from the start. They are pretty useless and get in the way
The spotters only stick out a foot and are pretty useless for spotting while squatting. Also, there are only around 5 possible setting for the spotters, so good luck finding the right setting.
The bench is awesome IMO. The bench is very good quality and this is the only piece I have left of this setup. Very comfortable and well made. Only good thing I can say about this setup. It does not go to a full 90 degrees, but I do my shoulder presses standing, so this wasn't an issue for me.
In summary, my advice is spend another hundred bucks and get a power rack. You can get a power rack shipped for under $300 new and can find them cheaper on craigslist. A power rack takes up the same amount of space as the XRS-20 setup.
I would call the XRS-20 platform a danger zone. I had some weird stuff happen using it, and was lucky I didn't get injured. After a couple of close calls, I decided to fork over some cash and get me a power rack. Still using the XRS20 bench though.
