About me:Names Ricky 20yrs old, i've been working out for a while now. As far as my workout routine i'm currently training a body part a day, I just find that works best for me.
Enough about me though lets talk about Amino X
Flavors:I went with Blue Raz & Green Apple
Taste:10/10 I got to say Amino X is by far the best tasting intra workout supp i've tired(i tried blue raz btw).
I Mixed it With about 20 oz of water and it perfectly dissolved.
I was sipping Amino X during my chest workout this morning and I got to say I felt pretty damn good I even put in 15 min of cardio.
This is what my routine looked like.
Flat Barbell Bench Press:135x15, 185x12, 225x8, 225x8
Incline Dumbbell Press:75x13, 80x11, 85x8, 85x8
Dumbbell Bench Press:80x12,85x10,85x8
Incline Dumbbell Fly's:40x14,45x12,50x10,50x10
Cardio:15 min, Incline set up at 12, low speed

Woke up feeling great ready to hit legs
legs extensions:130x20,150x15,150x15
hack squat:180x20,270x16,340x10,180x15
Leg Press:180x15,320x8,320x7 (after all these sets of high reps my legs were burnin lol)
Lying Leg Curls:90x20,120x15,120x12
Standing Calf Raises:300x15,350x12,400x10
Seated Calf Raise:90x12,90x10,90x10
After the workout yeah my legs were tired but still felt good. (Sipping amino x throughout my workout of course)

So this morning before my bicep/tricep workout I decided to give n.o Xplode 2.0 a shot, took a scoop and a half and man was is it good.
Taste was pretty good and energy was crazy.

I like the workout man! way to utilize close grip bench, I love that exercise yet I never see anyone use it. I'm glad to see you like the NO XPLODE, i'm currently using 1 scoop of it and i'm liking it as well, I may bump the dosage up and see how 1.5 scoops feels like. best of luck with the future workouts.

I usually take the weekend off so I felt pretty well rested this morning.
Today was back day for me.
I started off with "Wide Grip Lat Pulldown":150x15,170x12,190x10,190x8
V-Bar Pulldown:160x12,170x10,170x8
Barbell Rows:135x14,185x10,185x8,135x12 (I changed my ways on doing this exercise, I focus on the muscle rather than just lifting heavy weight)
Lying T-Bar Row:70x12,90x10,110x7
One Arm Dumbbell Row:80x12,90x10,90x8,80x9
I got to say Amino-X really did help me throughout my workout. After my workout I felt great not all drained and stuff.
