Excellent question!
HP is more geared for maximum pump - skin-stretching pump while working out. Agmatine has many other benefits, but that is one that is first noticed. It also has no whey, so it mixes cleaner, but has less 'flavor'. IOW, it is thinner. It has 150 mg caffeine. I would not recommend it for cardio work, but others have used it for that without a problem. Flavors: Crimson Punch & Pink Lemonade
Original has 200 mg caffeine as well as other ingredients, such as cinnamon extract, waxy maze (carb source - ~ 5g), and whey (5g). Saw the doctor yesterday and the x-ray showed more bone growth, especially and the 'point' near the bottom of the fibula. Still needs more up the bone, but it is looking good and that will take some time - maybe another 2 months or so. I also have been feeling the 'point' as there is an overabundance of ossification at that area -- that is what I feel when comparing the two legs as well as when walking now. I thought it was a hairline fracture, but it must be skin rubbing on it. Doesn't feel right, but the doc said AOK, and fine for weights, just use common sense and use progressively heavier. ---- SOP for a bodybuilder!
