    Goblet Squat

Seems a bit better on the knees and replicates a front squat well. The finger is coming along just a day or so more of antibiotics. Any law enforcement jobs in your area right now Lonnie? I always thought Idaho was so beautiful!

Thanks for the info John..Just the other day the Idaho State Police were asking for applicants..Appears they have a shortage state wide. Quite often various agencies are listing openings for corrections officers..

Been absent from this log for about 4 days. Still on a skiing trip with my daughter. Yesterday was 11 degrees with a wind chill of -15. Brrrrr. Layers. Dress in layers. Hot hands and toasty toes to the rescue!

I did take her to a gym Monday and did legs. Didn't write it down. New equipment too.

Take care of that finger John. Where've you been pointing that thing anyhow?

KC, hope you and your daughter are having a great time..Weather is a little unusual here in this part of Idaho...No snow in the valleys and very little in the mountains..The local ski resort hasn't been able to fully open yet..The last two days it's been in the 40's in the afternoon..Normally it's single digits or below..I ain't complaining..

Laxogenin??? what is this super supplement???

I am exactly 5 months out of major pec tendon surgery, and looking to make a comeback for the 2012 Arena Football season. I have been playing for the past 5 years, getting old, but id like to talk about this supplement ive been taking that has done wonders for me, and see if anyone else in this world has info on it. There is something out there taken by alot of Arena Football players called BRS-30, (Laxogenin) and let me tell you, it is like a freaking steroid and growth hormone and energy drink, and recovery all in one. Anyways, im 90% back from pec surgery after 5 months, supposed to take 9 months, i have been recovering and geeting stronger weekly, and my bodyfat is going down tremendously. A buddy of mine hooked me up with a guy in Arizona who sells this stuff, and i guess its only in Arizona now, but i know about 10 people that play arena football that take it, and i will tell you what, its ridiculous, the recovery it has done for myself, and the more ripped i am looking on a weekly basis, and my strength is even better than what it was pre surgery. Ive done research on laxogenin, but havent found much, i have been taking 2 capsules a day from the BRS-30 that i have bought, which are 50mg capsules each. Im telling you i dont take anything else anymore, this stuff is like crack. Any info that can be shared, let me know, i am on my third bottle as we speak, and expect to be in training camp next month, after only six months.
    Thanks

    Thanks
lol strong first post-energy drink, and recovery all in one.......I hate it when Im trying to recover and I have to much energy to do soooo.....You Know?

    Morning
    3 Orange Triad Tablets

    Cyclo_Bolan

I really can't wait to return to using Juggernaut and Cyclo-REM GF
Finished the antibiotic yesterday and picked up some Promera's Con-Crete & Beta-Cret to add in. I figure i will shift between the Beta & Juggernaut for awhile depending on the day and where I am at meal-wise and calorie-wise.--also what I am doing as far as training for that particular day.

I also returned to using Cyclo-REM GF. Sleep was interrupted last night by external circumstances but the sleep I did get was definitely REM--Thanks to the Cyclo!

    Well,

On the third day of skiing, I went up the lift to the top and thought I would tighten the boots when I get up there.... but I forgot. I knew something didn't feel right, but continued until I tried to slow down and the back of my left ski hit a snowbank and I kept going. Bummer. I have a broken fibula (small bone in the lower leg) and some bruised ribs on the left side. I can't place weight on the left leg for 6 weeks.
