Similar to me then as I started mine at 122.5 x 5.
Did the full 12 weeks without any stalling on my squats or deadlifts. Overhead press stalled fairly early and my bench around week 8. I'm a lot stronger on my squat/deads than I am with press/bench.
Kept the program as it was. I'm running through it a second time now (currently on the 4 week deload phase at the start), and I've added in some extra exercises to see if I can better my bench.

If you're talking about neoprene sleeves then they're useful regardless of the weight. They don't add anything, they just keep your knees warm and reduce injury risk.
If you're talking about wraps (which I don't think you are) then like everybody said already, forget it. but I think you're talking about sleeves innit*** MISC Strength Crew ***

I did 3 weeks of ECA got mine from centuary supplements.co.uk i think comes from Canada so shipping took about two weeks for me can also find it on Amazon from the same seller Ephidrine HCL i bought my Caffiene and Asprin of ebay cheap as chips. I'm picking up some Bronkaid while im in the states as it's way cheaper than buying Ephidrine HCL over here unless you got dat dere super secret shady hookup.
You train BJJ? You been doing it long? I'm off to SD next week for the month going to get some BJJ training done with Baret Yoshida

ebay
I looked around and did my research and decided not to buy the expensive rehbands so got the next best thing which is Vulkan sleeves, 5mm ones (found a seller doing an offer for a pair ~£30). Unfortunately I went by the size chart, where I fell in the middle of medium, but they're slightly too big for lifting imo, they slide down every few minutes and crease up and stuff. It was too late to swap for the size down so I recently started chalking my legs up inside them and it helps a bit. I mainly got them for heat retention though so it's not too bad, they just annoy me a bit.PBs:

Any guys here had much experience with ordering from bb.com ? I ordered once and was charged a bit for postage but it was still cheaper than what i could find it all in the UK so was happy. However was hit by the pesky customs and had to pay another £30 to get it deliverd. So yeah does anyone actually order form here on a regular basis ? How do you get past customs etc. Ive heard if the item/s your importing are of a value less than £50 then you dont pay import tax and customs duty, is there any truth in this ? Measly reps for help
