Supplement Facts:
Serving Size: 1 capsule

Amount Per Serving:
Picamilon (Nicotinyl-Y-Aminobutyric Acid) – 50/150 mg

Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule up to 3 times daily, or take 2 capsules up to twice daily. To assess tolerance, start off with 1 capsule and increase dosage as needed.

Picamilon-50/150 is commonly used either as needed, or on a 5 day on, 2 day off pattern in order to avoid developing a tolerance. Do not exceed 4 weeks of continuous usage without taking at least a 2 week break.

Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Not for use by individuals under 18 years of age or by women that may be pregnant or nursing. Always consult a physician prior to using any dietary supplement.

I'd like to use this product for multiple reasons. Right now I'm working 12+ hours a day plus starting school next week with 16 credits this semester. Right now the 60-70 hour work weeks with little sleep is reason enough for me to want a product like this, I was planning on picking up some Picamilon and some PEA as well soon but this would be a great win here. I'd be using the product for stress relief, focus, mood support, and mental energy, so pretty much everything the product is good for.

be sure to read everything you drink,caffeine is a stim!if you cut off caffeine you will really feel it.

If you haven't used this product before: I have OCD with high anxiety, and I display the early symptoms of schizophrenia(my dad has been a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic since the 90s), I'm not on any medication and I have been looking for something to improve the quality of my life and I think SNS Picamilon could be what I have been looking for.

I've never tried Picamilon, but would be very interested to try 150mg to see how it compares to GABA, which I didn't have much success with. I've always had a little trouble with anxiety, so I'd like to see how it would keep me relaxed and focused as opposed to normal. My review of the product would be detailed, much like all my other reviews.

Well I am always down to throw my name in 1) because i love SNS and always support them 2) because i have never tried Picamilon.

My next semester of College will be the hardest one so far with Organic Chemistry, Genetics, A & P, Modern World History, and a slew of extracurriculars and 2 jobs. This type of product that aids in Mood Enhancement, Stress & Anxiety, Cognitive Energy & Focus and Relaxation would be right up my ally. I really get into these anti-social moods, very stressed, and very run down towards the middle of semesters because of everything I am involved in and workload and this product would help me through this. This could be the 1 type of product that I could see as being extremely beneficial outside the realm of lifting for myself.

Unfortunately, I've never played with just Phenibut. When I have some cash kicking around I'll probably make some kind of nootropic feel-good/study stack. Focus XT + other goodies would be nice.

I am going to be a first time father in the next few weeks (hell yeah! ) and I know that with this change comes far less sleep and additional stress in general. After crushing waits in the morning, I manage folks at my job during the day. I am thinking that some Picamilon might be just what the doctor ordered on those days when I am feeling a bit worn down and looking for an emotional pick-me-up.
