I currently am only doing cardio due to an injury
my diet basically consists of a healthy high protein and good carb breakfast of like 850-900 calories
then I fast till dinner and eat whatever I want which is like 1100 calories putting me at 2000-2200 for the day
I usually burn about 300 calories to 400 doing cardio a day, seems so hard to eat good when you cant lift and just do cardio
diet for today:
Post cardio:
Turkey breast*
Natty PB toast with a banana on wheat bread
Few egg whites
100 calorie protein bar
Fast till dinner then
Going to red robin
Cheesburger but no fries with probably some steamed veggies: 900
usually eat a healthier dinner btw*
