If i cant really get enough calories can i eat bread a lot,because 1bread = 1000calories or so...

No macro (fat, carb, or protein) will make you "extra fat". The only thing that will make you put on fat is excess calories. But you do need to make sure you get your minimum protein/fat requirements, so if you eat too many carbs, you won't have room in your calorie allowance to eat enough protein and fats.
Do you know how many calories you're trying to hit? Do you know what your macros should be?
