    Bread while bulking?

    If i cant really get enough calories can i eat bread a lot,because 1bread = 1000calories or so...

    thats gotta be a hell of a piece of bread, 250g carbs? lol... as far as your question, 100% whole wheat bread is my primary source of carbs.. oatmeal dont fill me up, potatos and brown rice bloat me up..

    No macro (fat, carb, or protein) will make you "extra fat". The only thing that will make you put on fat is excess calories. But you do need to make sure you get your minimum protein/fat requirements, so if you eat too many carbs, you won't have room in your calorie allowance to eat enough protein and fats.

    Do you know how many calories you're trying to hit? Do you know what your macros should be?

    yes i do know how many carbs proteins fats ,calories i should eat
    and basically i'll get all of them as much as i need.The only problem was the calories and i dont really have any other soultion instead of bread for the calories i need to add.
