My best time in HS: 10.86 My best time in college: 10.91 (feelsbadman.jpg). I haven't all out sprinted in over a year and a half though, phucking pulled hamstrings cut my college career short. I tried sprinting a week ago while playing two hand touch football and my left hamstring immediately strained/light pull. :/ So I took up boxing instead, i've yet to injure myself in this sport at least. hah.
Edit: I'd guesstimate if I went out to try and do 100m today i'd likely not make the full 100m without a hamstring pull... but if i did somehow make the full 100m i'm probably only good for a high 11 right now.

cant remember exact time, some where around 11.3-11.5 in high school. I was more suited for 400m tho, ****ing hated it.
I reckon i would be lucky to break 12 seconds now haha

6'3" 100m= 11seconds. Would have possibly got in the low 10s but I played rugby and was plagued with injuries. u mad?

15.84 in school, on grass and hand timed though so it was probably closer to 10.5 if anything. *Yeah.

Now I have a herniated disc and a ****ed up hamstring. Could probably barely make it into the 13s.*

10.9 in high school srs no E-stat. Ran track all 4 yrs of HS, we just barely missed qualifying for state in 4X100. Don't know about now, probably slower though i'm a hell of a lot stronger.

Fastest time was a 10.5 in high school (I can prove that as I have my city record). I also had a hand timed 4.3 40 during my senior football season.
