As many of you may know, this is the month of Ramadan. It is a holy month practiced in Islam where you must fast everyday for a month. I'm not just talking no food, but no food or drink from sunrise until the sun sets. We're about 15 days into this, haven't touched a weight or dieted in months. Now I have a sudden urge to get back into the bodybuilding scene and work my way to exceed where I was at before. Anyways, since I can't eat anything while the sun is up, heres my breakfast.
1 1/2 cup oats, with 1 apple and half a banana. 5 Splendas to sweeten it a bit more (inb4 that*poisonous!)
2 Whole Eggs, 8 Egg whites
60g protien shake (3 scoops) with other half of banana.
Thats alot of food in one sitting! Just finished my oates, about to start on the eggs. Wish me luck everyone *
