Warm up:

Butt kicks 15 yards into side shuffle 15 yards x 1
cherokees 20 yards x 2
Workout:
Run 75% 40 yards x 2
sprint 100% 10 yards x 2 (for acceleration)
sprint 100% 40 yards x 1
sprint 100% 100 yards x 1
line jumps 2x15
jump rope 2x20
squat jumps 2x10
Frog Leaps 2x15 yards
I believe the volume is just fine. Not too many sprints to start out. But how much time should i wait between sets for my sprints and plyos? Isn't speed/explosiveness supposed to be trained the same as strength? 3-5 minutes rest?
