    They kno what works for them and its a good routine. Just make sure you go to failure every working set.

    Well there is a video of him repping 100+ dumbbell flys

    But yeah man, I agree with you about scooby. Guy has no clue what he's talking about.. a lot of the stuff he says is flat out wrong.

    OP, it looks like a pretty good routine:

    Hitting muscles twice in a 7 day time frame (which I don't really agree is necessary.. but it's a popular opinion on these forums so yeah).

    Good frequency, but it gives you around 5 days rest.. which means you can add a bit more volume too it as well.

    I think the routine they talk about in the vid is solid and overall most of their videos are ok. One of their videos i remember not agreeing with at all is where they talk about working legs
