I know different carbs have different glycemic indexes, higher numbers absorb faster, lower numbers absorb slower. But im wondering if anyone knows the timing. For example, at a glycemic index of 20 - it takes 4.5 hours to finish releasing all its carbs. At a gi of 45 - it takes 3.25 hours. Those are just examples. If anyone has any info or links, its appreciated.
