I've always wondered what I would look like weighing what I weigh but with a totally different body composition and I know! I found this site were women post their pictures and you can search by weight, height, pants size, body shape, etc. Very useful tool I find. Sometimes I think I'm fat because I weigh 160 but now I see how different I look from the others girls my height and my weight and it's very rewarding to see what weight lifting can do to your body. I made this jpeg comparing pictures of the girls I found on mybodygallery and my pictures, it looks kinda crappy but you can have an idea of what my point is.
PS: I can't post any links so the website address is mybodygallery dot com

I LOVED seeing thsi site!! I get down about my weight b/c I am so much heavier than I wish to be. IT's a mind thing. seeing what other 5'3" frames look like with my weight makes me feel a lot better. Thanks for posting. I even added pics to the site. Awesome visual of the difference between 135lbs with muscle vs 135lbs of skinny fat. Thanks!

Very interesting. Just another reason the number on the scale is pretty meaningless.

Wow, some of the picture shocked me. I feel great at my current weight but a lot of the pictures at my height/weight carried a ton more fat than what I have.

This site would make me depressed if I weren't fit, lol ... amazing the difference between body shapes when you throw some lean mass in the mix.

Wow.
I just spent a little time reading though some of the stories posted by the women who added their photos to the gallery. I am amazed at some of their tales and suddenly very grateful that my relationship with my body image is very different from theirs. I am sad that so many women see their self worth as so dependent on their weight.

This is a great site! It goes to show that everyone is truly different, even if they weigh the same amount.

Thanks for the site. It is amazing to see the differences in sizes and shapes with respect to weight.

This is amazing! I think it just emphasizes how you shouldn't compare yourself to others, just work your hardest to mold your body into your perfect vision for yourself.

This is really motivating!! I recently finished the first stage of NROLFW and wasn't very strict with my diet. I definitely put on muscle, but of course the scale went up as well. I put in my height, weight, pant size and shirt size, and a pic of a very fit woman came up. I guess I "inadvertenly" bulked since I was working out so hard and taking in the extra calories. I'm now in my shedding phase, but this website made me feel a lot better about myself. I've got to keep remembering to focus more on how I look rather than just the scale.

Wow! Those pictures raelly put my body image into perspective! I am 5'10 and 135lbs,which would traditionally seem scrawny or gangly, but I have good muscle tone and a feminine figure. I am so thankful for what weights have done to me!

None of the women at my height and weight have a body similar to mine, I feel odd now!
Seriously though, great site. Amazing to see how different a certain weight can look on people of the same height.

There were only 3 pictures of other women with my stats. But I look pretty similar. I added one of mine to keep those lonely 3 company.

160 is perfect if you're tall and strong. Not sure what the controversy is.

Wow! I already look better at 175 than most of the girls on the site who are at my goal weight of 150-155 with the same body type. That's encouraging! Thank you for showing us this site!
