i have recently been reading some stuff on this greek yogurt and ive been told its good. Im currently bulking eating good foods such as chicken oatmeal bron rice sweet potatoes, red steak. I as wondering if this would be good to add to my daily diet. I brought some stoneyfield oikos and it has 110 calories ith 11g of sug and 15g of protein no fat

It's neither good nor bad for a bulk. Rather, it's a food. That food, if ingested, adds to your total daily intake of energy (calories) and the micro/macronutrients accrue to your intake as well.
It's your total daily energy intake (calories) that will determine your bodyweight and micro/macronutrient sufficiency that will play a role in optimizing body composition.
