    greek yogurt good or bad on a bulk

    i have recently been reading some stuff on this greek yogurt and ive been told its good. Im currently bulking eating good foods such as chicken oatmeal bron rice sweet potatoes, red steak. I as wondering if this would be good to add to my daily diet. I brought some stoneyfield oikos and it has 110 calories ith 11g of sug and 15g of protein no fat

    Greek yogurt is great to add to your diet. Its high in protein and cheap. You'll start to notice after a while that eating a high protein diet is pretty expensive. Greek yogurt, and yogurt in general, is very good cheap source of good protein
