First time I EVER benched I benched 15lbs, seriously. Just the EZ Curl bar. I was 11 years old, not sure about height and weight but I was a skinny little kid haha. Took a long time after that for me to get serious about training, but now my best is 405x10 so there is hope lol

high school*freshman year I used to go to the gym with my dad but was too lazy to actually train! he forced me to bench.. I did something around 45lbs lol! I was 140 something! Now I'm 173lbs and I do 160lbs for 8 reps!*

I was 100 lb @ 5'6. Skinniest kid in my grade. Always wanted to work out, but felt like I wouldn't be dedicated enough.
First time I benched, I benched 65 x 5 and I was wailing the bar around like a moron cuz I couldn't keep balance.
Now I'm benching 175 x 5 after ~1 year of training with a lot of breaks. I'm really proud of my progress, even though I had the most retarded workout schedule/routine for like 8 months. I worked out during the summer and when I came back to school, everybody was amazed. Used to be kinda fuked around with but now people don't do that

My first bench press was 7.25 weeks ago @ age 26 (lol) Tried pushing around 200 my first push - FAIL - so funny though. It ended up 165 @ 8 reps. Now I'm @ 195, hoping to raise the bar tomorrow with 205. Wish me luck!

95X5. I was 18, 5'11 and weighed about 145lbs

Took me a good 6 months or so to get up to 135x5, but I wasn't training right at first. After I found starting strength thinks started speeding up.

when i started i was about 5'4 103 lbs. i only could bench about 80-85...but my strength went up really fast after that. i could bench about 5 lbs. more every week until it approached my body weight, then it slowed down
